His burden is to see the church play its rightful role as an agency for social transformation of communities, cities and nations. In the Philippines he was a speaker both in “Touching Heaven Changing Earth” I (May 2005) and II (March 2007) conferences organized by BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) Christian Fellowship. In Malaysia he is currently involved in “National Leaders Gathering” bringing pastors and leaders across denominations regionally and nationally to pray for the transformation of the nation. Currently, Dexter and his wife Lily Low have 5 children and 5 grandchildren.

Ron & Teddy Sawka
Christian International Asia (CI Asia)

Apostle Ron Sawka and his wife Teddy have served in Japan as church-planting missionaries since 1975. He was ordained by Bishop Hamon with Christian International in 1994. The Sawkas started Christian International Asia in 1996 for the purpose of raising and establishing apostolic-prophetic people and churches in Japan and Asia.

In 2010, God called Ron and Teddy into a new phase of their ministry, and they launched a network called Arise 5. This organization aims to meet the need for a prototypical apostolic network that will link and equip churches (including house churches), leaders, marketplace ministers, business people, NPOs, and individuals with the specific aim of modeling Apostolic Centers for regional breakthrough.

With Japan as the headquarters for Arise 5, Apostle Ron regularly travels throughout Asia to countries including: Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Russia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan.

In addition, God has blessed Apostle Ron with the opportunity of working together with two of his sons.
